Return period: You have 14 days to initiate a return from the day you receive your order.
To be returned, the item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

To start the return process, please send us an email to info @hoodculturee .de with the subject "Return" and the following information: order number, full name and the reason for the return.
We will then give you detailed instructions on where to return the item.

Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Hood Culture will not cover return shipping costs.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, you will receive a confirmation email informing you of the status of your refund.

If your refund is approved, we will automatically apply a credit to your original method of payment within a few days.
