An exchange of non-personalized items is generally possible, but must be agreed in advance with our customer service at info @hoodculturee .de Please note that personalized products cannot be exchanged or returned.

Here's how to do it:

  1. Please contact our customer service to find out if an exchange is possible for your product.
  2. If this is the case, please carefully pack the item, which must be in its original, unused condition.
  3. You will then receive all the necessary information about the return process.

Once the return process has started, please send the package to the address provided. Make sure to enter the full address correctly on the package to ensure successful delivery.

According to our cancellation policy, the customer bears the shipping costs for the return shipment.
